The company is out to do good and worked with us as best they could, however employees like Jacky Jaffre are lacking in their administration and understanding skills. Ask for a different account manager. Call if you have issues as well, email seems to be difficult for them to manage.
Do not be fooled by the faith-based marketing or the polished commercials. This program can leave people worse off. Because of their lengthy negotiation processes, you run a serious risk of getting sued by your creditors before any agreement is reached. Many people end up paying more to their credit card companies in the long run rather than actually saving money. The testimonials feel incredibly fake. Do your research and look at the real risks before trusting them with your finances.
