Called to ask for help and she just talked to me like I was an idiot. I might not know exactly what words to use but I'm asking for help. You don't have to be a brat about it. Go elsewhere for help, there are plenty of others
The company is out to do good and worked with us as best they could, however employees like Jacky Jaffre are lacking in their administration and understanding skills. Ask for a different account manager. Call if you have issues as well, email seems to be difficult for them to manage.
