They have been wonderful to work with. I've been with them a couple of years now...only another year to close out my balances. They are always courteous, helpful and responsive. You need to contact them BEFORE you go to collections! I had 1 account that would not work with them, so that debtor worked with ME to lower my interest and payment and I got it paid off myself. Highly recommend Trinity!
