The company is out to do good and worked with us as best they could, however employees like Jacky Jaffre are lacking in their administration and understanding skills. Ask for a different account manager. Call if you have issues as well, email seems to be difficult for them to manage.

Because of their lengthy negotiation processes, you run a serious risk of getting sued by your creditors before any agreement is reached.
