I bought a vintage Rolex in September from their Nantucket store. The watch has not worked correctly since purchasing. I have sent it back twice to their “watch guy”Ian Mottale. It was last returned to me on 12/23/2025, still not keeping time! I have emailed, texted the owner Edward,called both the store in Nantucket and Palm Beach and have not heard back from him since.
