Quite rude reception staff who look after the phones. The people who are calling are in need of assistance for their health, not rude offhand comments and a dismissive attitude
Have been attending this practice for many years. Caring, dedicated family practice that puts its patients needs first. From the Doctors to the office staff, the care is friendly, personal and second to none. Thanks Trinity Clinic.

When the phone or office is unattended, why do you not have an answering service at the very least to give out business details including your opening hours, which are also not displayed on your google locations listing? Instead your phone line rudely cuts out after 1 ring. What is the point of that? I have asked for your details to be updated 2 times, this last year and still no action for something so helpful to clientele and so easy to for you (or head office) to do.
