My experience calling this HMRC was a terrible one. I was on hold for Forty (40) minutes!. This is horrendous for a public service!
I Emailed 3 times, i call 3 times and was put on hold and waited 45 min to 1 hour each call for nothing. Im sure if it was for a payment the service would be different.
