Very unfortunate experience after many years of making clothes with them. Customer service was always hit and miss and the company culture is ultimately a consistent concern. After repeated issues with production after they switched most of the production to a different factory overseas, and then issues with sample discounts inquired of for promotions, and an overall unwelcoming tone from the lead individuals in their organization to the people they do business with. Don't waste your time inquiring to do business if you currently do not offer custom apparel. Our established business was denied due to the custom sector being an expansion of what are current offers are. They should consider putting that on their website. Once we get our custom line rolling, we will not be choosing to doing business with them.

The lady was very rude! No welcome or how are you doing. No type of assistance she looked at me crazy and asked me what do I need!
