Dwain was my acupuncturist and he was absolutely awesome. He was always very patient in explaining my injury and how to treat it. He would also suggest some exercises for me to do to enhance the recovery process. I was very lucky to have met him. Thank you for everything Dwain.

Trimetrics is a great physio facility that offers a variety of classes as well. I met with Susie about my o going back problems and she was amazing. She explained all of my issues and gave me a reasonable amount of exercises that seem to have helped. I highly recommend this facility.
My physiotherapist is Martin and he takes the time to help me. Everybody is really friendly.
I have had lower back pain issues from a very early age. Due to my lifestyle (too much sitting, high stress), this issue has propagated from my toes to my neck over the years.
