I have been taking Pilates classes from Niloo for several months. She is excellent and every class is different and challenging. Niloo has a really good understanding of the human body and how it functions. She very easily and willingly adapts exercises for the class members’ injuries and physical restrictions. In addition, Trimetrics front staff are always very courteous and willing to assist. The facility is ultra clean and bright. I highly recommend.
Excellent pilates instructor. Beautiful gym and equipment. I get a lot out of my hour there every week and have been attending for years.
