They lack a system to notify clients when a broker is experiencing payment issues; they notified me too late, and I lost over $34,000. Of that amount, Trilogy took a 2% commission on the day I issued the invoice and subsequently charged me another percentage when I reimbursed them for the payments the brokers failed to make. In other words, they offered no assistance regarding the loss; instead, they charged me a double commission on funds I never received. In conclusion, I do not recommend them.
If we could give 10 we would!!! We can not even begin to tell you how amazing this company is!!! If you are looking for a Factoring company that makes you feel like family and that ACTUALLY cares about your company then look NO further!
