Trilogy physios have been great and have helped my recovery multiple times!
Highly recommend Trilogy Physio. Have tried others but what takes me 10+ appointments elsewhere is fixed within a few sessions at Trilogy. The online booking system is simple and convenient and the other benefit is you have dedicated 1 on 1 time with the physio for the length of your appointment. I’ve been elsewhere and you’re left with a heat pack on for 10 mins while they work on other patients. The friendly team are always quick to respond to emails and phone messages.
Took my 13yr old to Naren, we were very impressed, he quickly identified the problem and gave us the exercises we needed to fix it. My son loved his physio sessions. Would definitely recommend.
I saw Vinod after injuring my neck at work. He is a fantastic physiotherapist. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Vinod took the time to understand my injury and tailored a treatment plan that best supported me. I felt improvement even after one session, and now I have completely recovered.
