Took my 13yr old to Naren, we were very impressed, he quickly identified the problem and gave us the exercises we needed to fix it. My son loved his physio sessions. Would definitely recommend.
I saw Vinod after injuring my neck at work. He is a fantastic physiotherapist. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Vinod took the time to understand my injury and tailored a treatment plan that best supported me. I felt improvement even after one session, and now I have completely recovered. I highly recommend Trilogy physio and Vinod.
My wife had a great experience here so I went to get my sore neck/shoulder looked at. Naren and his team are experts- very helpfully identifying the movements in my every day life that were exacerbating the problem and in a few sessions massively improving my range of motion and fixing my pain!. I’d recommend them to anyone!
