I highly recommend Trilogy for PT and exercise classes. I had PT with Tiffany Cao for really bad arthritis for my thumb that I couldn’t barely move and she was so caring, patient and knowledgeable. My 👍 is back to normal now with the various exercises she had me do. Very appreciative for Tiffany and would definitely go back for PT if ever needed. I recently walked into Trilogy Physical Therapy and the Medically Oriented Gym to leave some flyers for the company I work for, and I have to say, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. The staff were friendly and smiling, which made my short visit there even better. I highly recommend this place based on the positive energy they radiate!
Very patient and attentive to your pace of recovery. Very diverse in age group as well as genders with respect to the staff structure. Fun atmosphere especially when then you're struggling to getting better!
I cannot say enough about Trilogy Kenmore location. All personnel and therapists are very professional and knowledgeable. An individual shout out to Tiffany Cao who was my lead PT, she is very personable and understanding. She also pushes you but knows when you have met your limit. The team has answered all my questions and addressed any concerns that I have had, I highly recommend this team.
