In early 2024 I overused my knees. Pain was very significant. Walking was difficult. I had PT with Tiffany. Her PT sessions were a real help. And she convinced me that I had not done damage to my knee joints that might require surgery. But my recovery was very erratic for about a year. Then I meet with Nikki Bull. As an older adult this gym meets my needs perfectly. Advice is always available and staff treats members like friends. EnerChi (tai chi) class drops my blood pressure by 20 points.
I have been going to PT here for over a year. I have a serious neck injury that I will probably always need to see someone for. Dylan was my therapist and I am so lucky to have had him. He's caring and knows just what to say when life had gotten a little too hard to bare. I would recommend him to anyone I come across that would ever need a therapist.
The crew over at Trilogy is great! Starting with the front door, Christa makes you feel welcome and personally Dylan does an outstanding job with personalizing care and workouts specific to your needs.
