Started with Steve to fix my shoulder, and now training with Ella! She gets me already!! And Steve is so patient and funny. Trilogy and the Mog….are the best! Thank you guys.
I started at Trilogy in August doing therapy as instructed by my Dr. Therapy with Steve continued for 2 sessions a week for 6 weeks. I was feeling stronger. I didn't want to loose what I had gained. I advanced to the gym working with Ella. My personal trainer who worked with me on various equipment building my strength in my legs and arms . I feel better than I've ever felt.im so glad I stayed committed to going. 80 isn't easy but going to Trilogy made it much better.
Lauren & Stephen were amazing. I had to alternate due to my schedule and they were able to both help me immensely. I also loved the MOG transition (& Ella as my trainer). And I liked the daily texts to check on my progress during PT.
Amazing! Sam was very very good. I went into physical therapy thinking that it wouldn't work. I was very wrong. At the end of 6 weeks I was very happy.
It was great going to Trilogy. It was convenient and the staff was amazing. The staff is professional and very caring. I worked with Lauren and several other therapists and all were very helpful. I have improved from my first visit. I thank everyone at Trilogy
