I spent a month using the medically oriented gym to transition from rehab-ing a wrist injury to normal exercise. The staff was very helpful in setting a workout routine geared toward my goals, and introducing me to the equipment. The machines are well-maintained and the environment friendly. High marks.
Dr John is the best of the best. He sits down with you to discuss the path of your recovery. He explains what exercise’s you will be doing and what the benefits will be for you. He gives you homework and you put an app on your phone to track your progress. Dr John is a very professional therapist and makes you feel comfortable.
