Horrible customer service. The guarantee their rates but when the market rate went up, they backed out of the deal with me. "The rate went up too much for us to cover the difference, sorry". Don't listen to sheisters who want to lure you in with offers, and leave you high and dry when they can't keep their own end of the bargain
I shopped several Brokers and was very happy with my experiance at Trilogy. I recently did a refi and had a great experience with my broker at Trilogy. Not only was the rate one of the lowest I had seen, they were attentive, friendly and took the time to walk me thru the process. Very professional.
