Trilogy is very expensive community on a fixed income. Their HOA is extremely rigid. There’s constant neighborhood watch taking pictures of your front yard and making reports to the HOA. You cannot have a simple flag or pots without permission to do so. otherwise, you will receive warning letters and fines if not removed. Their HOA packet is thicker than a bible of what you cannot do on your property. I eventually sold my house within 4 years. This place is gorgeous, but my little money will only afford me Trilogy Rio Vista (which i am very happy with, too). Trilogy properties are the best, next to The Villages in Florida!
Great place to live
We moved here 7 months ago. This is a great safe community. There is so much you can do here- lots of fun activities I think I’m busier here than when I worked. 😅 The entire place is very clean, well maintained.Staff are great. The restaurant is really good. My grad school friend who visited us said it’s like being on a cruise ship on land. 😂
