Jamie and the team at Trilogy exceeded all expectations. Jamie sat with my mother in law and spoke with her and made her feel valued and important. Please be careful when dealing with Triology, my father was only with them a few months, and only claimed a falls alarm. Despite the low claim amount and paying the commission associated with the falls alarm Triology wanted payment of 15% for all of my dad's level 4 benefit allocation even if no services were provided. Now my dad gets angry calls, letters and constant harassment from debt collectors.
We have been dealing with Trilogy Aged Care with Jamie Bugden team for the past two years with both my mother who suffered with Dementia and my father who is 93 years old...the service has been excellent -Caring and friendly staff that listen to your family needs and deliver.
