I hate writing bad reviews but it’s been almost a year since my husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Seven Springs. We had an awesome time except for the spa, which we were most excited about. • the jet tub gave me a terrible smelling uti for the whole trip • the masseuse smelled of cigarettes and made my hair smell too • the did not focus on my back like I asked • we told staff beforehand we would like to stay together for our honeymoon but were separated for facials • esthetician did not remove product correctly and l... read more
I had a perfect experience here, start to finish. The receptionist at the front was so lovely. The spa was clean and beautiful and quiet. I had an 80 minute Swedish massage with Morgan and it Was one of the best massages I've ever had and was relaxing and effective! I can't wait to come back here and highly recommend it!
The spa itself is nice! Locker room area needs to be bigger. They do a pretty good job service wise but very pricey!
Double charged me for a product I purchased from the store after my massage. They dont answer the phone and no reaponce to voicemails after trying for a month to get ahold of them.
