My daughters and I had a wonderful experience. Treatments were nice and relaxing and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend!

The staff was nice here and all, but I have to say this was honestly the worst nail job I’ve ever gotten. I had the lady do gel nails, and not only was it very messy and got polish all over my fingers yet somehow none on the sides of my actual nails, and she didn’t even paint nearly half of one of my nails. A day later one of the nails completely fell off—no glue residue or anything, which means the lady prepared them very wrong before painting them. I hate writing bad reviews but it’s been almost a year since my husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Seven Springs. We had an awesome time except for the spa, which we were most excited about. • the jet tub gave me a terrible smelling uti for the whole trip • the masseuse smelled of cigarettes and made my hair smell too • the did not focus on my back like I asked • we told staff beforehand we would like to stay together for our honeymoon but were separated for facials • esthetician did not remove product correctly and l... read more
