Great service. They really know what they're doing. Always courteous.
Our flooring was months late despite the fact that they had it in stock. They never called us to communicate when they would ship it. We would call when we didn't hear anything and they would say it will be another month. It was manufactured flooring that wasn't cut as the manufacturer advertised. They charged $400 for "packaging" which was just plastic wrap around the ends of the of boards. After all of that, when we complained only $200 was refunded.
