"Frank" will take your personal information and make claims of getting approvals from lenders but require more information only to disappear and when you finally reach out to him, he just says "couldn't do it" like that's somehow a response. Even when asked what lenders had made that claims of pre-approval he can't seem to respond with an answer. Wouldn't give this person any of your info, who knows what it's really being used for.
