Heather has been fixing me on a monthly basis for as long as I can remember... I've only been elsewhere once when I was in a pinch and Heather was out of town. Physical catharsis is the best, succinct way I can describe Heather's skill set and process. I've been working with her for over a decade and will not see anyone else. I had a very bad neck spasm and Heather did an outstanding job getting me back to normal. I really appreciate her focus on combining the massage work with effective breathing patterns. She’s a total pro and very skilled. Making an appointment and communicating with her was very efficient.
