I recently stayed there for six days in respite care while my family was away. The staff was wonderful and friendly, the accomadations were nice. The food was good and there was a wide range of activities to particpate in. I would definetly come back here again in the future.

Regarding the hours I've spent visiting my friend who has been at Trillium Lodge for palliative care this past 3+weeks. My friend who can be a tad "grumpy" BEFORE he was diagnosed with stage four cancer...lol, has nothing but high praise for all the volunteers and health staff who truly go above and beyond anticipating all his needs. I feel we are extremely lucky to have such a local establishment, here in Parksville, and am able to sleep way better knowing he's being looked after when I just can't be there myself...
