Called in to trikes Levin yesterday, had a chat with the owner about a suitable ebike. The information and knowledge passed on was incredible. Went back today and purchased a bike and they delivered I. Great customer service and experience. Highly recommend.

We traveled all the way from Opotiki to Levin to get our mates bike fixed. This bike is his car its how he gets around due to illness and we are very very greatful to all the guys at NZ Trikes they were absolutely superb. We arranged a time to go down and they worked on it most of the day as it was in very much need of alot of TLC......because of Brian and the other amazing worker (forgive me i forgot your name 😳🥴) our mate was only without his bike for 2 days and our mate is super stoked with what they done.
