This is not a place for the General Public! I don't know what TriHealth is even thinking about doing medical exams in this old nasty place. I had to cancel my appointment when I got down there. There's no way I was even getting out of my car.
Front desk is a problem. Came in for pre employment drug test. Sat here for 2 hrs had to leave to get my daughter from school and she/he didn't want to give me my id back. Now I'm back and she's telling me no headphones in the lobby where I'm sitting on the floor. No seats just sass. Also dirty af.
I wanted to take a moment to be able to thank the staff of this office. Especially Elijah not only were the doctors helpful quick understanding and patient but my visit was not very long in the waiting room to be able to get my DOT physical and drug screening but I was able to speak directly with Elijah on multiple occasions to be able to find out the updated status of my drug screen so that way I can go to call my school and get things started for my CDL training the moment that it was approved!
