What a great team, they are the best! So knowledgeable and helpful. They work you up gradually to get to your goals and problem solve real life safe practices to move more safely. I’m going to continue to use all my exercises to strengthen and protect my body as I continue my very physical career! They are also so kind, with great energy and fun to chat with while doing your exercises.

I can NOT express how wonderful this place is. After dealing with a lot of bad doctors recently, I am so beyond happy with the respect and care that I was given here. I have extreme needle anxiety so going in here in the first place was nerve wracking but I got the BEST phlebotomist I have ever seen in my life. She stuck me ONCE!!! I’m so impressed, no one ever gets me, I always have to get stuck over and over again. I’m so happy.
