Great bunch of people.. They remembered me by name, laughed , & joked with me .. Couldn't have been helped by nicer people..
The PT staff were great however, the front desk staff did not have strong, friendly, welcoming, customer service skills. That alone takes away A welcoming environment from a business/ company .

Worse experience ever. MA discussing PHI in the open. No manners, condescending attitudes. As a healthcare provider I’m ashamed.
Elijah at the front desk is very rude, I contacted HR because of the way I was treated at this location. Also they gossip about patients when they leave out, (MAY 1, 2026)
