My spouse did her medicals for her immigration application, the doctor never signed her form, never properly checked all the vaccine and test she took and paid for. When we returned to the clinic to let the manager know the error that was done, she acknowledged the error, promised to reach out to the doctor who already retired and give us a call back same day or next day. Great bunch of people.. They remembered me by name, laughed , & joked with me .. Couldn't have been helped by nicer people..
The PT staff were great however, the front desk staff did not have strong, friendly, welcoming, customer service skills. That alone takes away A welcoming environment from a business/ company .
