Rude Receptionist I found this place through a recommendation on nextdoor. I called up the place for a tax returns filling. The receptionist asked me how did I find the place. I told her a neighbor recommended it. She said I would need to provide the exact first and last name of the neighbor if I need to proceed. Now that didn't make any sense.
