Ian is a very skilled Myotherapist and a lovely human being. Each time I visit for back and shoulder issues I walk away pain free. I’ve tried many different Myotherapist’s over the years and he is the best by far.
Ian is deceptively strong for his size and age. He did a great job with acupuncture and deep tissue massage. My wife recommended him and said it was very painful but fixed her issue and she felt fantastic afterwards. After reading the previous reviews, I feel the need to add that neither of us were bruised despite the VERY VIGOROUS massage we both received. Ian is an absolute muscle locksmith and used trigger point therapy to treat my stubborn rhomboid muscle knots. I've had countless previous massages and treatments on my back, but nothing gave me effective relief. After just one session with Ian, I can say that it's worked wonders for me. If you've never had trigger point therapy before, be warned the pressure can be quite uncomfortable during the treatment. So make sure you communicate your limit with Ian for the most effective treatment!
