Shane H – TriFound Financial NOT trustworthy, honest. Beware of this company. From my experience Shane does not let integrity, honesty or ethics get in his way of making a sale and commission. What he repeatedly told me I was purchasing and what I actually received were not at all the same.

Stay far away from these people. Read the reviews on glass door by their employees. They just want your retirement money to invest in annuities and fund their hedge fund. They try to portray they are this big company with multiple offices but they are not. They dont follow through and when they s**** up it is radio silence. Multiple calls to their office without any response. Dont fall for their fast talk and fancy dinners.

One star is too many ! Stay away. They just try to sell high comission annuities that benifits them. All work is done on a white board. When you ask for it in writing to take with you they will not do that. I questioned the annuity they were pitching with a few other legit advisors in the area. They all said they same, I will never get the returns TriFound projected. When I questioned TriFound to what I was told they got very upset and told me to leave and not come back. Did not defend their products at all. Scam

We signed up with TriFound last year because we liked the idea of having our taxes, legal and investing aligned with one service. Unfortunately, we have been very disappointed and it has cost us literally thousands of dollars!! Our costs when doing taxes with Trifound: Penalties and interest - $1000, overpayment due to incorrect filing - $2000, cost to pay a great accountant to file amended returns - $500. We did alot of retirement investing with ***** and that went ok. They got bought by Trifound and things went downhill pretty soon. Never could keep a lawyer on the case - they did our taxes and were going to do trust work for us, but lawyers kept going away.. Now, we have alot of money in annuity at ********* that they sold us and we want to get out and they are silent for almost a week now. Thats illegal. Very poor customer service for filing for personal taxes. Every time we had used TriFound Financial we have a different CPA every year. They have a hard time keeping their employees adn says speaks volumes for the company. This is my last year using this company. Our CPA left while he was doing our taxes for us and no one let us know that someone else was taking over or that he left.

Run far away. It seems like a good deal having everything under one roof. All they do is write on a white board and want you to put all your money in annuities and life insurance so they can invest their money in his hedge fund. And when they screw up, you can’t even get in in touch with them. They care nothing about your retirement , only about the money they can make selling you annuities and life insurance policies.
