Trifecta and Dr. A.J. are the best! They made my rehab both effective and enjoyable. Dr. A.J. is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making me look forward to every session. I was disappointed when my winter track season was cut short due to a hip injury, but thanks to Trifecta, I’m now in the best shape of my life. I feel stronger than ever and ready for a successful outdoor track season.

I broke my hip last summer and have been seeing Dr AJ. i highly recommend Trifecta for any type of physical recovery. they are so professional and give me lots of good info to help get me back to playing.

I went in recently for issues I’ve been having around my neck and back. The staff were incredible and extremely personable/knowledgeable! AJ has such a vast knowledge of expertise and helped me feel comfortable the entirety of my session. Natalie greeted me up front as soon as I walked in and the staff really made it an awesome experience all around. This was all in my first session and I can’t wait to go back!

Working with Trifecta has been amazing! Dr.AJ and Natalie are great and have been awesome with my son. They have such a positive energy and make the work fun. Dr. AJ has a real interest in his patients and really engages with them so that they can get the most out of their therapy. I highly recommend giving them a try!
