Such a great shop! I needed help finding new walking shoes and had no idea where to start. Laura was so helpful and knowledgeable, will definitely come back!!
The bikes we rented were well-maintained and as advertised, but the staff at the shop really went above and beyond! They not only let us leave one of our group's cars parked in the back lot after returning our rentals, but also when we returned for the car brought us one of the group member's sunglasses which none of us realized had been left at the shop hours before.
I had the privilege to work with Jason Chance (owner of TriCycle & Run) for our Ride for Clean Rivers bike ride. This is a large event with over 300 riders, and we wanted the extra help with route marking and setting up our registration website. Jason exceeded all expectations. Several riders reached out to us after the event to compliment how clear our signs were.
