Ice exercise program. Good lunches.
At first I didn't want to go with my wife Nancy - but that was foolish !! I have had some of the greatest times of my entire life in that center ! The staff is wonderful and caring like you can't believe - I can't say enough about their caring and support !! You can feel it and see it clearly ! The friends I've made there have shown nothing but smiles, nothing but laughs - I've made lifelong friends there and hang out outside the center too - The activities are great too !
