Brutal experience with TRICARE automotive group extended warranty, having a Ford escape engine replaced. In the end I got stuck with another bale of $4603.46. Never buying a vehicle that involves this company again and I own a fleet.

Absolutely brutal of a warranty company. I've been waiting a month for a claim without a timeline and without a vehicle. This is illegal under the consumer protection law and absolutely ridiculous that a company can expect their customers to wait this long without a resolve in sight.
My car ( a Mazda CX-9 ) broke-down on May20th/2026. I called Tri-care for a tow( my 1st time calling them since I bought the car )to a Mazda Dealer I have been using for regular maintenance. A couple of days later, I was informed that the engine needed to be replaced. Awful customer service. You call in for a lease buyout and they won't even give you the value of YOUR lease. Tell you that you need to call the dealer. Then you are at the dealers mercy of when you get a buyout
