Tricor Auto Group provides financing and warranties as a third-party service to other dealerships, both of which I’d score lowly. The warranties are expensive and if you ever need anything warrantied, they do their best to fight the claim. Their auto loans and their customer service team is terrible. They charge you NSF fees on top of your bank, do not allow you to stop auto withdrawals (they’d still charge you the fee), and constantly harass you even if you’re a day or two late. The worst part? January 20, 2025 Update Review - I had a similar issue with my vehicle in for service after this incident. The dealership tried enforcing the $100 deductible. However, I gave Tricor a call and they quickly took care of the issue honoring our previous discussion. Michelle is quick to respond and swift in her actions. Great job, 5/5! I wish I could give you no stars. They are a complete scam. I would never spend any money with them again. I will tell everyone I know never to go with them. I hate this company. You get a warranty with them then the second something happens to your car they say no and will not help at all.
So prompt and very polite and professional staff members too cautious for their best services to their costumers!
I currently have a claim in under my warranty. I have had the car for less that a year and had purchased the extended warranty - which isn't cheap. My engine now needs an over haul - my car has been in the shop now for 8 days and Tri Cor has not been answering any e-mails or calls from the dealership to approve the work that needs to be done. My daughter and I have been without a vehicle, I have had to make special arrangements to get back and forth from work and even to get groceries. Shame on you Tri Cor. I would not recom... read more
