I had the most disappointing experience at this salon. I had reasonable expectations as I know you get what you pay for, but my last visit was a total disaster. I was seen late, and the person doing my hair didn’t even give me a trim, despite my clear request for one and layers. My hair ended up looking nothing like my reference photo. To make matters worse, apparently my telling the stylist that I usually air dry my hair she took to mean I wanted to leave with wet hair.
