From 2025: Unfortunately this educational salon/spa facility has gone downhill. There has evidently been a turnover in core teaching and support staff that has allowed students to perform below par. I have no problem receiving services from students who are learning and trying. I have a huge problem with disrespect and unprofessionalism. Wonderful experience, I didn't even know what I wanted, just sorta the vibes and that i wanted it short and off my face/neck. Wysper and Ms Sabrina gave me what I didn't even know I wanted to ask for, the result was outstanding! Everyone was very warm and welcoming and I will be coming back!
My stylist was Rhea. Great job. She listened to what I said and she gave it her all. Rock on
If you are looking to go to school for cosmetology/ Barber I don’t recommend going to Tricoci there is a lot of red flags that I didn’t pay attention to before starting here and now I owe them I chose my start date and they would blow my phone up to manipulate me to start at an earlier date you never see the inside of the school until you go for orientation only on a zoom call leading up to my orientation they sent out a text about orientation and meeting my fellow classmates I was the only one in orientation and then they j... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would my experience was very bad student was constantly looking for a teacher and seemed as if they had no products to do my hair or they were experied my first impression of this school was horrible school is falling apart chair I was in kept breaking ceiling fans had mold and dust all over them this place needs to be shut down absolutely disgusting in this school I feel bad for the students here getting a supposedly education the poor girl doing my hair deserves better education shut this school d... read more
