It was a wonderful experience
I had made an appointment for a keratin treatment, they called me 2 days before to ask if I could come in a little later, I said sure. When I arrived they told me they didn’t have enough product and would have to reschedule. I had taken the day from work for this, why didn’t they know there was not enough product. Lady at the front desk said they were hoping the shipment would arrive in time. I had even received a phone confirmation the day before. Whole day wasted!
