Fantastic color by Mary!
HORRIFIC! Went in for a BASIC 1"trim. The student was actually a barber, did not know what she was doing, chopped my hair up, no sectioning, no questionable, nothing! She was visible irritated by my presence because I interrupted her styling her own head of hair as half was done and half wasn't. She said she "wasn't expecting me"....weird when I had an appointment and a confirmation. This person never cut a woman's hair before and I am completely boggles with how she is allowed to touch anyone at all!
I had an amazing signature facial with Osiris! She was very nice and knowledgeable and provided the perfect service. She did hand, neck, shoulder and scalp massage during the procedure too. She always checked in during the facial if everything’s alright. I wish I knew they only take cash tips 🥲 Front desk staff was nice too.
As a person who doesn't use extensions, Tricoci has done a great job of teaching their student stylists how to grow in their confidence of doing natural cornrows, flat twists and Bantu knots. The stylists are polite and pleasant to be with.
The service was great and they even gave me a privacy protector as a hijabi woman,
