The young girl that took care of me was sooo sweet and helpful. Take cash so that you can give them a tip. I did not know you can't tip on card because it's a school and they are not yet licensed and I did not have any cash on me. I will definitely be back to see her and tip her double!!!

I am literally over the moon with joy at how my hair came out today. I got a full foil with gold toned highlights. It was my first time to Tricoci University and I am highly impressed. The waiting room was nice and looked like an upscale salon. The area where they work on you is bustling with positive energy, laughter, and supportive students. Horrible experience. Front desk lady was rude not only to me but also the students. Student working on my hair was great but the two girls next to us were noticeably on something. They should not be at school if they are just going to get high. The girl instructor treated the student that was working on me horribly. I’m not sure what her name is but she definitely should not be working there.

Absolutely the most embarrassing and worst experience….brought guests from 2 hours away….we were all made to feel unwelcome by the supervisor….the supervisor made the the student cry….tense environment. Unprofessional management for sure!
