I'm changing my review because good things also deserve recognition. They've improved their service and punctuality 100%. I'm grateful that recent trips have been with kind and punctual people, nothing like my previous experience. I hope they continue to do so. … My God, what a lack of responsibility! My God, what a lack of responsibility! They have no respect for others' time. There's no human compassion. Unfortunately, Modivcare assigns this company for transportation, and they're completely irresponsible. I waited three hours with a three-year-old autistic child, hungry, cold, and raining. In the end, I had to take a taxi because the therapy center where I was was already staffed and the institution was about to close. You call again and again, and they tell me a wait time that's not true. What bad times and unpleasant... read more
