I'm changing my review because good things also deserve recognition. They've improved their service and punctuality 100%. I'm grateful that recent trips have been with kind and punctual people, nothing like my previous experience. I hope they continue to do so. … My God, what a lack of responsibility! In the end, I had to take a taxi because the therapy center where I was was already staffed and the institution was about to close. The worst transport company I ever seen we been waiting two hours for pickup every time I call they say 6 minutes away smh the worst.5/28/25 I'm still waiting with a patient that had surgery they need to shut this company down horrible horrible transportation company it's been 2 hours
