As the caregiver for a 92yo resident who resides at the Tribute at Melford, I have been quite pleased with the care of the staff and his living arrangements since Nov 2023. The field trips organized by the activities manager provide him with highly anticipated trips to local destinations, the oversight of his medical conditions by the entire medical staff from the nurse, medicine technicians, physical therapists, to his daily caretaker staff have provided me with a comfort level for his well being while recovering myself. My friends grandmother was there and had a wonderful experience. I went to visit, and the community was beautiful and she was very happy. The staff smiled everytime I passed them, and that made a huge difference for me. I would absolutely recommend!!
My mom currently live at this community. Julia Miller, the Sales Director, took me every step in the process to make this transition for my mom as smooth as possible. I appreciate her patience and her experience in senior living to make this an easy decision to choose this community for my mom.
My mom really enjoys it there. She has been there for over 18 months. The staff has changed some an it’s gonna take time to see how they (new staff members) adjust to tenants and family members working together.
Our brother has been at Tribute for one year initially. He was very well attended, hoping everything‘s going to get better in the last month and a half. They’ve been shortstaffed not providing water in the bottle for the residence in the cold fridge. There are some concerns hope management gets it together, because my brother as a pillar of that community and they are lucky to have him . Most cases he speaks highly, but things have been short changed as a family. We need to understand family meeting tentatively in the works.... read more
