My mom really enjoys it there. She has been there for over 18 months. The staff has changed some an it’s gonna take time to see how they (new staff members) adjust to tenants and family members working together.
Our brother has been at Tribute for one year initially. He was very well attended, hoping everything‘s going to get better in the last month and a half. They’ve been shortstaffed not providing water in the bottle for the residence in the cold fridge. There are some concerns hope management gets it together, because my brother as a pillar of that community and they are lucky to have him . Most cases he speaks highly, but things have been short changed as a family. We need to understand family meeting tentatively in the works.... read more
Two weeks ago I would have given Tribute at Melford 4.5 Stars. But that was then and this is now. For two weeks Tribute has had absolutely no phone service and residents have been completely unreachable. My mother, like countless other Tribute residents, is elderly and longs for regular communication, which Tribute has denied her. Their complete failure to reconnect their phone service over such a prolonged period, provide residents with the use of cell phones or other solutions, is outrageous and only outdone by their utter... read more
