Eddie who is in charge of maintenance and transportation helped my mother (non-ambulatory) and her aide who were left stranded at Seneca Meadows Mall by Metro Access (apparently due to a computer glitch on their part). Eddie was contacted to see if he could arrange to pick them up, which he very graciously did. We are all so grateful for Eddie’s kindness and helpfulness! He deserves a lot of credit!
My mother has Lewy body dementia. My family and I are meticulous about the care my mother receives, and Tribute listens and adapts to our expectations. We are also very pleased with the new management.
Guys, I have never and never seen a clean place like Tribute. For those who have no idea what Tribute at Black Hill is okay 😃😁😁😁😁😁 this is an Assistant Living for our beloved parents. It's like entering a 5 star hotel. No smell, as in NO SMELL AT ALL as compared to other assistant living. If you doubt, just go check it out. I haven't even started 😁😁🤪😂🤣 they have the best dining area, tv area, cinema area, spa area, out door area is soo beautiful with nice sitting and the list goes on. main elevator has been broken for about a month now, i wonder what will happen during a fire. also the director doesnt show up to scheduled meetings. really poor management but nice place
repair the elevators are you guys slow or something it's literally been 4 weeks what is taking so long like genuinely it cannot be that hard to fix a damn elevator
