I was one of their original accounts. They started out strong but are by far the worst company I have ever worked with. You can not speak to anyone that speaks English 99% of the time so the language barrier is a struggle. They have two really outstanding IT persons but other than that, they have been awful. It takes 72 hours for support to get back to you if you log a ticket, unless it is one of the IT people I spoke of. I used them as the "complete" package for 4 years. It was a struggle every day.
