My husband had been informed of his appointment but he needed to change it. The person at the office that took my call was very gracious and very helpful and accommodating to find an appointment to suit my husband. Very pleasant. We have been going to this office for years and have always been happy with the staff and Dr Booth. 5 star for sure!
They canceled my appointment without a call and without a text. Im furious. I called to see if they could get my daughter in earlier to discover that they had canceled the appointment all together 3 days ago. No call or text ever came.
