As a teenager, my mom had me do the Rolfing 10 Series\. At the time, I didn’t really listen to the practitioner’s suggestions or follow through with the recommended stretches\. Years later, in my late 40s, I started developing frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, achy feet, horrible hip pain, and chronic neck pain from an accident\.
