Been a client for a while now but came in for a TMJD issue this time & I'm glad they have a specialist available. Siddhi knew what she's doing because the 3 days I couldn't open my mouth with a doctor only advising me to stop talking for 2 weeks (ridiculous!), take advil for pain & come back when you feel worse again, she did the manipulation that relaxed the inflammation & I was finally able to open my mouth without the need to wait for 2 weeks, only for an hour of appointment! This place is excellent. Everyone from the booking specialist to front desk staff to my PT Lauren is amazing at what they do. Lauren did an amazing job assessing my issues and tailoring a treatment plan to meet my goals. I’ve definitely noticed a big difference in my strength and reduced pain/injuries. Everyone at the clinic has been friendly and professional throughout. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
I'm quite active and pick up a little nag or spasm here or there because of a back problem, so I've kept a bi-weekly (sometimes weekly) cadence with Siddhi at triangle and she's been great. While she's recommending exercises to fix the underlying problem and I haven't done my part to solve it, she has been helping me with recovery and physiotherapy techniques for immediate relief :)
