We dropped the vehicle to be diagnosed. Did not hear back for 7 days. We were finally given a quote for the job including some preventative maintenance and we agreed on price. 14 days went by with no word before we called for a progress report. We were told that the repair didn't work and they had to pull the TSB for the vehicle! - I'm no genius, but isn't this what you do before you take an engine apart?
