My daughter was a victim of fraud, And should have been covered by the fraud protection. This branch.It's absolutely clueless how to conduct business. The people at this branch are completely incompetent uncaring, and unwilling to help.God forbid if someone would actually try to do the job they are paid to do. It is all about the bottom line and how much money they can make and keep. If you value customer service DO NOT BANK here. I would give 0 ☆ if possible
