Cassandra did an amazing job with a time sensitive loan. She got it done quickly and accurately. Her communication, effort and extra effort are to be commended. I appreciate Cassandra taking the time to understand the situation and help be a solution.

Avoid like the plaque. They have the worst customer service ever. I had a small balance with them left after a car loan. They have been sending my statements and any other correspondence to the wrong address. I have filled out their change of address form and mailed it to them, have called them multiple times. The mail still goes to the wrong address. They sent a letter saying they were going to close my account and send them money to the state of NH unclaimed property. I Was kicked out from the bank at Franklin st. I had an appointment today for 8.30. I entered the bank 8.20. It was nice to hide from the rain. But then a strict employee kicked me out from the bank and locked all doors behind me - the bank was not supposed to be unlocked by that time. They unlocked the bank at 8.32 again. (I work at a small business and it is opposite of how I treat my customers...) I didn't get the service that I was promised for this visit, but that would be just a minor thing if not the treatment prior.
