Even though you have a zero balance, they let T-Mobile in five times and say that’s my problem. Well, I called T-Mobile and their own up to $65 but Triangle actually owes me $268 in full and one of the girls was having a nervous breakdown when I was telling her about this. I just wanna close the account. It’s the worst bank I’ve ever been in contactin my 72 years of banking. Brittany in members services ext 4113 was extremely unprofessional and rude when returning our phone call. We will never do business with Triangle solely based on that phone interaction.
Great customer service always, especially in the drive through.
Hold took long. Don’t understand why TCU can’t hold for me/us for mins. They hanged up. So RUDE! I have to called & hold wait for over 1 hour. >:(
