They are extremely prejudice against people with out an address. I was briefly homeless and they down right refused to let me open an account so I could save money to get a place and they told me flat out no. The 2 people i spoke to were very rude and unprofessional. I went to granite state and they opened an account for me right away. If I could give them zero stars I would. Compassion comes in many forms and they lack all of them.
Member services the call center and card services is useless. I will possibly be removing my money from this bank. I do not recommend them to anyone and I’ve been here for almost 5 years now this is ridiculous.
Servers go down for 4 days on the first of the month. Unacceptable. You are costing me money
App makes u wait couple days for maintenance and can’t even access anything in app or even see ur balances in any account can’t even see from an atm
