Very very good at what she do. Updated me on everything no matter if it really concern me or not. This is someone I will always share to others if they are looking for a mortgage company. Thank you Gina for all your help and continuing reaching out after closing just to make sure we are ok.
Incompetent. Totally incompetent. Should be ZERO Stars. Required QC check for closing wasn’t initiated until day of closing.. which “discovered” 2 different addresses (Street vs Drive) were used throughout the closing documents and created total chaos mere hours before closing, and significantly delayed the closing. Inexcusable. Point 1: a simple review of documents issued 2+ weeks prior to closing by this broker and their subcontractor clearly showed the street address inconsistencies in multiple documents. Gina is the best! She is very knowledgeable and is always on top of things! When you call she always answers or will call you back very quickly! I have had the pleasure of doing business with her 3 times and every time has been flawless. She's the best out there! Give her a try! You won't regret it!!
We started working with Gina a little over a year ago, at the time we didn’t have the best of credit but she guided us in the right direction and was able to get us into our first home! She has been a pleasure to work with! She made this entire process go as smoothly as possible especially us being first time home buyers.
