I have been using Triad for several years and am very happy with their service. They are a small and very communicative team. If I have any questions or concerns, they respond quickly. They make me feel as comfortable as possible with my investment portfolio. I don't feel like I am a small fish in a huge pond, the service is professional but friendly and personalized. I recommend them completely.
I was referred to Triad by a longtime friend. I had been with a couple of investment companies in the past that were more interested in what they could get than what they could get me. This isn't that way. Although it may not be obvious, this is a fiduciary company. That's as it should be. They treat their clients like they are part of the family. And, they know what they're doing.
