The team at Triad are great. I had been with another firm for almost 15 years and moved to Triad about a year ago. That was the best move I've made in a long time. They have been so helpful and professional. I didn't realize how little support I was getting with the old firm but now I feel like my future is way more secure and I have a better understanding of how to achieve my retirement goals.

I have been using Triad for several years and am very happy with their service. They are a small and very communicative team. If I have any questions or concerns, they respond quickly. They make me feel as comfortable as possible with my investment portfolio. I don't feel like I am a small fish in a huge pond, the service is professional but friendly and personalized. I recommend them completely.

I was referred to Triad by a longtime friend. I had been with a couple of investment companies in the past that were more interested in what they could get than what they could get me. This isn't that way. Although it may not be obvious, this is a fiduciary company. That's as it should be. They treat their clients like they are part of the family. And, they know what they're doing. No regrets.
