Do not recommend using them. The customer service is poor and they give you the run around talking to different people who have no knowledge of what you discussed with previous people.
Would highly suggest to keep shopping for a different mortgage company
I had a very serious issue w/Triad Financial Services regarding my account, after multiple calls and failed efforts with 4 prior customer services reps in the escrow customer service department, I was finally blessed enough to encounter a young lady named Katelyn Houseworth, she intentionally listened to my issue. She not only cared enough to request an email knowing she did not work in the escrow department, she went above and beyond to stay in touch with and made sure she put me in contact with the right person in the escr... read more
I spoke to Clyde speaker he was very nice and very informative and helpful he was super funny and had a great attitude.
They Don’t Explain Things Good When I Call Regarding Questions one representative Says one thing the next day/Call Another says A Different thing yet there is no # For Claims !!! One of the Representatives Almost made me get extra charges for not explaining Clear on due dates/ extension
