Friendly and courteous service
Terrible understanding of customer service!! I reserved a machine on Friday afternoon to pickup on Saturday morning. I was told on the phone that i could pick up machine for a full day rental and bring it back on Monday since next day they were closed. I arrive to pick up rental the next day i was late but the previous day i was told to be there at 8:30 because at 8 they were still generally getting things together. OK no problem I'm told that its a trencher and not a big deal not like a aerator which is in high demand this ... read more
