Great place to rent or buy equipment. Knowledgeable sales staff made purchasing easy and a zero pressure approach Will have me going back for future needs
Need to add to my review. Wes at Triad was extremely patient and helpful. I was on the fence about what to buy and Wes explained differences and did not push anything. I was not going to purchase a Zero turn but in the end decided it was my best choice. Of course the dealer being in my area helped.
Rented a 32’ extension ladder: The pricing was MUCH better than other providers in the area. Staff were incredibly polite and explained the process to a first time renter including deposit. Staff outside loaded it up and provided strapping to ensure it was tied down safely. Return process was just as smooth. Highly recommend!
I rented a Kubota B26 backhoe/loader from Triad Equipment and it is very nice machine. The staff at Triad are friendly and professional and they call prior to delivery and pickup. I will certainly rent from them again!
Great experience. Took time to make sure I understood everything. In and out in 10 minutes. Absolutely will rent tools from them again.
