The older lady at the counter had a terrible attitude. When I walk through the door I was directed to the teller. I did not catch her name but off the bat she had a bad attitude with me and I couldn't quite understand why. I just came there to cash a check that I had just received. Although this is a small bank I would not trust my money in the hands of somebody who cannot maintain their composure and perform a simple task
I cannot recommend a bank more highly than Triad. As a small business owner, I have received invaluable support, particularly from Ron Horak & Amber Rainge, but everybody there oozes customer service. "Oh they only have one branch!", I worried at first, needlessly. But with the remote deposit technology, the fast friendly on-line platform, on top of a very easily accessed central location, I could not be happier.
This is the best bank I have ever worked with, their attention to customer needs and ability to accommodate to those needs sets Triad Bank above the rest.
