I have been trying for one week to reach a live person. I've called every office. They are either in a team meeting or closed even when the time zone is NOT the same. There is no place to submit an email. There is not a place to leave a voicemail. Every selection on any of l the phone numbers ends with a disconnection. Larry Shanks is amazing at helping me out. I had an issue I needed help with and instead of brushing me off he helped me throughout the entire process. Triad needs more employees like him I will be going to him from now on whenever I call for customer support.
